Our Company-operated learning platform provides course access for 30 calendar days, testing with unlimited attempts during the access period, and certificates after successful testing. Cookies or similar technologies may support authentication and session security. Course progress, test results, and certificate records are addressed in our Privacy Policy and are not necessarily stored in cookies.

7. Cookie Choices

Where applicable law requires consent, we will request the appropriate choice before activating nonessential technologies. Where applicable law requires opt-out rights, we will provide the required mechanism.

On our storefront at https://quality-ndt.com/, visitors in the 30 countries of the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are shown a cookie banner with the options Accept All, Reject Nonessential and Customize. Elsewhere, including the United States, no banner is shown, and optional cookies are on by default and can be switched off through “Cookie Settings”. Authorized Company personnel located in Russia have limited access to certain customer or student information for operational purposes. This does not necessarily mean those personnel receive cookie identifiers.
