Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 19, 2026
1. Company and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases and use of online educational courses and related services offered by Quality of Nondestructive Testing LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), 3366 N 425 E, North Ogden, UT 84414, United States, through https://quality-ndt.com/ ("Platform"). By placing an order or accessing a course, you agree to these Terms. If purchasing for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Nature of Services
We provide prerecorded, internet-accessible educational courses concerning nondestructive testing (NDT), associated learning materials, and online knowledge assessments. Course descriptions, included topics, prices and any prerequisites are displayed at purchase. Courses are delivered digitally; no physical shipment is provided unless explicitly offered separately.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law and Company policy. You must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Each individual enrollment is for one learner only unless a written organizational agreement states otherwise.
4. Enrollment, Price and Payment
An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and enrollment is confirmed. The full price and any applicable taxes will be displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, enrollment is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. We may decline fraudulent or unauthorized transactions and correct material pricing errors subject to applicable law.
5. Thirty-Day Course Access
Each purchased course provides 30 consecutive calendar days of access counted from the time the order is placed, unless the checkout page expressly specifies a later start date. The end date is calculated from that start time. Course access expires automatically at the end of the period. Extensions or renewed access, if offered, require separate agreement or purchase. Learners are responsible for completing lessons and assessments within their access period. We will reasonably assist with verified Company-caused access interruptions; remedies will be assessed under Section 7 and applicable law.
6. Tests, Retakes and Training Certificates
A learner may retake the course assessment an unlimited number of times while the applicable 30-day access remains active. A Company-issued certificate of course completion is provided after the learner meets the passing requirements disclosed for that course. The certificate documents successful completion of the Company course and assessment only. We may verify learner identity and investigate cheating or misuse before issuing or correcting a certificate. A certificate already validly issued remains a record of course completion after access expires, subject to correction for error or misconduct.
7. Refunds and Cancellation Requests
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed individually. Contact ndt.quality.com@gmail.com with the purchaser name, order number, course, and reason for the request. We consider circumstances including duplicate payments, material course-description errors, failure to provide purchased access, technical defects, and the extent of access or use. We will communicate our decision and any approved refund method. Individual review does not guarantee approval of every request. Nothing in these Terms limits refunds, cancellations, chargeback rights, or other remedies required by applicable law. Any separate Refund Policy displayed before checkout forms part of these Terms; in the event of a conflict, mandatory law controls.
8. Educational and NDT Certification Disclaimer
Our courses are educational and do not themselves grant ASNT certification, employer-based NDT certification under SNT-TC-1A, professional licensure, or authority to perform regulated inspection work. A Company course-completion certificate is not a professional certification. Employers, certifying bodies and regulators determine applicable training, practical experience, vision, examination and qualification requirements. Course materials do not replace applicable codes, written practices, procedures, qualified supervision, or site-specific safety requirements. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, certification eligibility, or any particular examination result outside our own course assessments.
9. Limited License and Intellectual Property
For the paid access period, we grant the enrolled learner a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to stream and view purchased materials solely for individual educational use. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not download, record, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, share login credentials, scrape, or make materials available to others. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company or its licensors. Third-party trademarks and standards remain the property of their owners.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not circumvent access controls, interfere with the Platform, introduce malicious software, impersonate another learner, share or sell accounts, use unauthorized automation to extract content, or engage in assessment fraud. We may investigate suspected violations and proportionately restrict or suspend access, subject to applicable law and any refund obligations.
11. Technology and Platform Availability
You need a compatible device, current browser and reliable internet connection. We aim to provide reasonable service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures and third-party outages may occur. Contact support promptly if an issue prevents access. Nothing here excludes remedies for a material failure to deliver the purchased service.
12. Taxes
Applicable sales, use, or other transaction taxes, if legally required to be collected, will be calculated and disclosed at checkout. Tax treatment depends on the transaction, jurisdiction and classification of the course; no blanket exemption is promised. The Company will collect and remit taxes where required by law.
13. Privacy and Payment Security
Personal information is handled according to the separate Privacy Policy made available on the Platform. Third-party payment processors may process payment information under their own policies. We do not ask learners to send complete payment-card details by email.
14. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and educational materials are provided without warranties beyond those expressly made at purchase or required by law. We do not warrant that educational content alone is sufficient for a particular professional task. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, or security threats, with reasonable notice where practicable. Expiration of the 30-day course period is not a disciplinary termination. Any legally required refunds or remedies remain available.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Before commencing a formal dispute, please contact us to seek an informal resolution. These Terms do not deprive consumers of nonwaivable rights or forums available under applicable law.
17. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms prospectively and will post an updated version with its effective date. Material changes affecting already purchased access will not retroactively reduce the essential purchased benefits without a lawful basis or appropriate remedy. The version accepted at purchase ordinarily governs that purchase.
